



Tana has been DIY hunting and training since her teens. After moving to Alaska, she became obsessed with moose, sheep, goats, caribou, and the thrill of chasing big game across rugged country. Along the way, she realized general fitness programs weren’t enough. To succeed in the field, her training and nutrition had to match the hunt—steep climbs, heavy packs, and long, grueling days. That’s when she committed to personal training and coaching, building year-round strength and endurance that truly translate to backcountry performance.
